I've changed my mind! I don't care about WADA after all. Like, who wants to do another three years of study, even if it is drama? Nah, I want to start earning money already! Besides, I don't need WADA to tell me I'm brilliant. I already know that!
So, does anyone want to offer me a job or recommend me to their employer? I'm open to anything! I'm a quick learner and have great people skills, so like, there's nothing I couldn't do.
Oh, and does anyone need another flatmate or know of a cheap place to rent? I so need to move out of my parents' house. |

I am fantastic! I aced my first audition at WADA and they're calling me back next week! But enough about me. I've noticed there are lots of new people with journals so -- being the wonderfully generous witch I am -- I have decided to summarise the latest gossip! This should also shut up certain people who are complaining that no one ever says anything interesting. Yeah, you know who you are.
1*~ Moron MacDougal -- oh, sorry, Morag (it's so easy to get that wrong!) -- totally has the hots for Ms Carrow. Alas, what with our former professor currently in hiding due to the fact that, you know, torture isn't really legal, the two have been tragically separated. If only they could reunite!
2*~ Verity White has also pointed out that MacDougal is a journal nazi, so be careful what you say! You don't want her to write a rude word in reply, do you? Because that would, like, be so scary! I'm sure you're all quivering in fear of Moron Mac.
3*~ Sophia Capper is our resident nympho! She likes to watch her guy friends get off and has expressed interest in having a threesome with Braelyn Dunstan Tracey Davis and Miles Bletchley! Interested parties should probably write to her for more information, since I'm sure she wouldn't turn you down...
4*~ ...especially as there seems to be friction between Miles and Braelyn. Now, it's hard to tell, because Brae is about as subtle as a sledgehammer, but I get the impression she was rubbing Miles' face in the fact that she'd had a little action with two guys from the spa. Hardly professional! Are you sure it was a spa you went to, Brae?
5*~ Lastly, I do believe there's something going on between Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Sam Vaisey. Can anyone say love triangle? Or possibly a love square, since Verity appears to be involved too!

Can you believe my mum is still cross with me for staying out all night last Friday? It's been a week!! She seriously needs to chill out. But no, she keeps giving me lectures on how irresponsible I am and how I'll never get a job if I don't "get my act together" -- whatever THAT means. I'm totally getting my act together! Mandy helped me find a play that I'm taking my classical audition piece from, because Hélas is like, sooo uninspiring. The new play -- well, actually it's a very old play -- is called The Witch and the Werewolf and there's this amazingly romantic scene where Callidora (the doomed heroine) is lamenting the fact that she's in love with a werewolf. The teachers at WADA are going to be blown away by my passion!!
It's hard finding a moment to practise, though, since my "punishment" for not telling my parents I'd be out all night is to help my mum with the salon. I like, don't mind helping out occasionally, but brewing beauty potions all day is BOOORING. I have a life, you know. Plus all the heat and fumes are making my skin shiny and sweaty. Gross. It's not as if I MEANT to stay out all night anyway. The morning after was punishment enough!
At least I've got the Ministry ball to look forward to tonight! My mum threatened to not let me go but she changed her mind. As if she could stop me anyway. |

Guess who got an audition with WADA?! That's right, me! I am SO excited! My mum pointed out that they invite everyone who applies to audition, but whatever. I have a date! Monday 15th! And I have to prepare two pieces, one classical and one contemporary, and ohhhh my god I should have started thinking about this sooner, but I totally can't wait! I was thinking I should do Grenouille's monologue in Act V from Hélas, Je Me Suis Transfiguré Les Pieds -- translated, obviously -- for my classical piece, but is that too predictable?? And what about my contemporary piece? I went to see Charmed, I'm Sure! once and it was so hilarious, but does anyone else have any other suggestions? Should I go for something more serious?
I'm so glad I'm going out tonight! I'm going to CELEBRATE! |
